IN ADDITION TO, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING USERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BY POSTING YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON THE WORKHOMES 4 SALE WEBSITE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN WHOLE AND IN PART AND THAT YOU WILL USE THE SERVICE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEM

If after posting your advertisement, you change your mind, you may cancel this contract in writing or by email. However no refund will be given after 3 working days, or after you have received an enquiry, whichever is the earlier, and under no circumstances will any refund exceed the value of the advertising fee paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

AGENTS

IN ADDITION TO, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING USERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS AN ESTATE AGENT ADVERTISING ON THE WORKHOMES 4 SALE WEBSITE:

# you hereby confirm that you have been legally authorised to advertise the property as for sale and to act on behalf of its owner in any transactions that may result
# you will provide us with a working email address and immediately inform us of any changes
# you hereby confirm that all material posted by you to the WORKHOMES 4 SALE website complies with the Properties Mis-descriptions Act 1991, Trading Standards Regulations, British Advertising Codes and all other relevant codes and regulations
# you will limit the use of promotional material in your advertisement to the use of your logo and office address
# you agree that under no circumstances shall WORKHOMES 4 SALE 's liability exceed the value of the advertising fee paid
